Sales Tax We collect sales tax in the State of Colorado. Tax for orders shipped to this State will automatically have sales tax added to the order total.
Paying with Credit Card We accept credit card payment for online orders as well as our retail orders. Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real-time authorization process, we will validate that the "bill to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file.
Your credit card will not be charged until we ship or otherwise provide the goods or services your ordered.
We accept the following payment types: - Visa® - MasterCard® - Your order will not be processed or shipped until your credit card clears your bank. In general this check clearing process may take from one to five business days.
Credit Card payments and Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic funds transfers (EFT) normally clear in one to three business days.

Paying with Electronic Check We accept electronic check payments for online orders. Using an electronic check allows you to pay directly from your bank account for your purchase, no credit card required. Electronic check offers the convenience of a paper check with the safety and speed of electronic payments. This allows you to receive your purchase faster than before. Your order will not be processed or shipped until your electronic check payment clears your bank. In general this process takes four to five business days.
Order Confirmation Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation includes an order confirmation number. Please print the order confirmation page, save you order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
Processing an Order Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of validated payment receipt.

How to Change Your Order We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to sales@ofusidi.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.

What are "Cookies"? A 'Cookie' is a very tiny piece of text, occupying just a few bytes on your hard drive. Its purpose is to let us know when you visit us. 'Cookies' help us evaluate visitor's use of our site, such as what customers are viewing. This information allows us to better focus on serving our customers. The text, by itself, only tells us that a previous visitor has returned. It does not tell us, who you are, or you email address or anything else personal. If you want to give us that information later, that is your choice.
You can control which 'cookies' you accept by setting your browser software to accept all 'cookies' or to alert you every time a 'cookie' is offered. Then you can decide whether to accept one or not. We want to be sure you understand that accepting a 'cookie' in no way gives us access to your computer or any personal information about you.
Returns and Exchanges If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to Integrity Data, Inc. at the shipped from address indicated above. No COD returns will be accepted. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Integrity Data, Inc.™.
RETURN POLICY Products may be returned to Integrity Data, Inc.™, hereinafter referred to as IDI™, for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to IDI™ must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, all sales are final and you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product. Before returning any item to IDI™ you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, computer systems, and special order items may only be returned for replacement and nor for any refund. Software returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened.
Returning Non-Defective Products Return of non-defective product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a returned non-defective item has been opened in a manner which makes it unsaleable as new, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of all returns. Non-defective software that has been opened will not be accepted by IDI™ for return. All refunds of non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges. Please allow 1-3 weeks for refunds of non-defective products to be processed and credited to your account.
Returning Defective Products If you are seeking replacement of a defective product, you must place a new order for the identical product. Defective software may be returned for exchange with the same product only. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement. When IDI receives the returned defective product you will be credited in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. Due to possible limited stock, replacement product may not be readily available and cannot be guaranteed. Please allow three business days, after receipt of the returned defective product by IDI, for refunds to be processed and additional time may occur with individual banks. In order to receive a refund, you purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and all items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a 15% re-boxing fee for items not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. All returned products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If the product is returned due to defect and it is determined that the product is in working condition, it will be sent back to you. If it is determined that the returned product has been tampered with, warranty seals removed or damaged, or the product is damaged due to use, this would constitute a violation of our return policy terms. The product will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

All product returns must be shipped, using a shipment tracking number, via UPS®, FedEx®, or any other courier that provides shipment-tracking services. Customer is responsible for ensuring that shipping insurance is purchased from the courier in amount equal to or greater than the original purchase value of the product being returned.
